About us
Hedge Rose was established at the beginning of 2008 and has gained a reputation for stylish flowers that skilfully combine colour and texture combined with a positive, friendly approach. The owner, Kate Howard, is professionally trained (City and Guilds) and previously worked at a leading florist in Oxford and in Marlborough.

Our flowers
Hedge Rose flowers are carefully chosen each week from both Dutch and British suppliers. Our flowers are high grade with long, strong stems (60-70cm) and have good size or multi-flower heads. Where possible we source foliage from the nursery and local estates.

Sonia Wright Plants
We are based at a plant nursery surrounded by inspirational gardens designed by the owner Sonia Wright. The nursery stocks a very good range of well grown (not forced), reasonably priced perennials, classic English roses, ferns, herbs, climbers, shade loving plants and fruiting trees. If you are looking for something a bit out of the ordinary and really good advice on what to buy it is well worth dropping in or calling 01672 514718.

Directions from Marlborough (journey time 4 mins): take the A346 road to Swindon for 3.5 miles, take the left hand turning to Ogbourne St George, we are located 100 metres up on the left. From M4 J15 (journey time 4 minutes): take the A346 towards Marlborough for 4 miles. Immediately after the Ogbourne Downs Golf Club take the left turn signposted Ogbourne St George. At the T junction, turn right, going back under the main road. Follow the road through the village. The nursery is on the right after the last house.
