Local Delivery
Our local delivery area for bouquets is SN8, SN9, SN10 (part), SN11, SN3, SN4, SN6, RG17 (part). Minimum order £25 exc delivery.
Price online includes standard delivery charge of £5.00.
National Delivery
As members of Eflorist, a trusted relay company, we can arrange for flowers including bouquets, container arrangements, plants and funeral tributes to be delivered to any part of the UK or Ireland for next or same day delivery (orders by 2pm please) Monday to Saturday.
Minimum order £29.95 for bouquets plus service charges:
Next day: £5.95
Same day: £7.95
Hedge Rose Bouquets
We can send our own bouquets by courier for next day delivery Tues-Fri.
Minimum order £40 including delivery. Please order by 12 noon the day before delivery.
International Delivery
We can take away the worry about sending flowers abroad by relaying your order through Eflorist. Please contact us for current international bouquet prices for the country you wish to send flowers to.
Important Information
We are a small country florist that aim to deliver truly beautiful flowers. Please read the following to understand a bit more about the service you will receive. As we offer a personal service we can be very flexible so please give us a ring if you have an urgent or special request! Please note that some items may need 2 days notice.
1. Products
1.1 All products are subject to availability. If a particular item is not in stock we may substitute something that is equally acceptable in terms of colour and price. If we are unable to do this successfully we will advise you as soon as possible and will be happy to refund you in full.
2. Ordering online
2.1 Online orders placed later than 4pm will be processed on the next working day.
2.2 Online orders include a standard charge of £5 for delivery.
3. Delivery
3.1 Same day delivery locally is normally possible if the order is received by 3pm.
3.2 Same day nationally is possible if the order is received by 1pm.
3.3 For national delivery via our overnight courier (avail Tues-Fri) orders need to be received by 12 noon the day before.
3.4 Delivery will take place between 8.30am and 6.00pm. If an AM or PM delivery is preferred we will more often than not be able to accommodate this within our delivery schedules but it is not guaranteed. Guaranteed timed deliveries are available at an additional cost.
3.5 There are no deliveries carried out on a Sunday (with the exception of Mother's Day, Valentine's and Christmas) or on a Bank Holiday. Orders that are received on these days will be processed on the next available working day. If you do require a delivery on a different day however please do contact us as it may well be possible.
3.6 In order for us to deliver your requested gifts on the date specified, we require complete, accurate details of the recipient, address details, postcode and contact telephone number. Incorrect details provided may lead to problems or delays.
3.7 If the recipient is not in we will leave the bouquet in a safe place and put a note through the door to advise the recipient. All of our bouquets are aqua packed for this reason, ensuring that the flowers are in good condition on receipt. If this is not possible we will try a neighbour or bring the bouquet back to the shop and leave a note in the door to advise the recipient to collect. If you have a preference please advise us at the time of order.
3.8 Hedge Rose are committed to providing you with the best possible flower delivery service and as such offer a 7 day freshness guarantee. If you are not satisfied in anyway with the service that you have received please let us know.
